Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. However, you may exchange your purchase within 7 days, provided it is accompanied by the original sales receipt and original Jaanu packaging. Merchandise will only be accepted for exchange if it has not been used, altered, washed, or damaged, and must have all original tags attached. Used or misused items will not be eligible for exchange under any circumstances.

Exchanges can be coordinated via email at (add email) or by calling us at (Phone) between 10am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday. In the case of a price mark-down due to a sales promotion, customers will only be eligible to exchange the item at the newly marked-down price. Please note that no exchanges can be made during sale or promotional periods, and products purchased on promotion are not eligible for exchange.

Any claim regarding damaged merchandise must be made within 3 days of purchase. For online orders, damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Kindly allow up to 3 weeks for claims and exchanges to be processed.
